★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물은 깨끗하고 위치도 좋습니다. 주차공간도 여유롭구요. 하지만 지하주차장에서 상가나 타 건물로 올라가는 부분에 대한 안내가 미흡하여 처음 가시는 분들은 주차 후 헤메실 수도 있을 듯 합니다.
The building is clean and the location is good. There is also ample parking space. However, the guide for going up from the underground parking lot to the shopping mall or other buildings is insufficient, so first-time visitors may be confused after parking.

발산역, 이대서울병원 근처이고
공항대로변에 있어서
편의시설, 교통 좋은 곳 입니다

There is a Starbucks and BBQ chicken store on the 1st floor.
It is near Balsan Station and Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital.
