I always go there when I go to the oven, but I always think it's expensive.... I go there because there's no other place to go, but if there is another place, I can change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 화덕피자 가게의 '도우' 는 어느 집이든 특유의 맛이있죠. 이 집도 도우 맛이 좋았습니다. 토핑에 따른 피자 맛도 엑설런트하다기 보다는 다른 집과 마찬가지로 제 맛을 냈습니다. 그 뿐인듯.
다만, 이 가게에 아쉬운 점 몇가지를 보면..보완되면 더 좋은 가게로 거듭나지 않을까, 함께 간 동료와 동일한 생각을 했습니다.
1. 홀 서빙하시는 분의 서비스 마인드 부족.
ㅡ음식 탁탁 내려 놓기.
ㅡ무표정
ㅡ고객 요구에 답답하다는 표정.
2. 셀프코너 운영
ㅡ무엇이 셀프인지 알 수 없음
ㅡ방문 이력이 없는 고객은 알 수 없는 셀프 서비스
3. 사장, 직원 모두가 무뚝뚝
주변에 화덕피자 집이 없어서 가게는 활황이었습니다만, 이 정도 맛을 유지하면서,
이 정도 서비스 마인드라면, 성장 유지는 힘들 수도 있겠구나 라는 생각이 듭니다. 혼자만의 생각일 수 있습니다.
The 'Dou' of the Oven Pizza Shop has a unique taste to any house. This home also tasted good. The taste of the pizza according to the toppings was not excellent, but just like other houses. like that's all
However, looking at some of the things that this store lacks.. if it is supplemented, it will be reborn as a better store.
1. Lack of service mind of the person serving the hall.

ㅡAn expression of frustration with customer requests.
2. Self-corner operation
ㅡI don't know what self is
ㅡ Self-service unknown to customers without a visit history
3. The boss and employees are all blunt
The shop was booming because there were no oven-fired pizza places nearby, but while maintaining this level of taste,
If you have this kind of service mindset, I think it might be difficult to maintain growth. You may be alone in your thoughts.

일요일 저녁인 오늘 참 사람 많았습니다.
여행가기 전 같이 가는 일행들과 즐거운 외식하고 왔습니다. 4명이 다섯개 메뉴 시켜도 충분히 잘 먹는 우리는 대식가입니다.
