★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 편의점이 동네 마트 역할을 하는곳 입니다. 대단지 아파트 정문앞에 있어 위치에 있어서는 최고의 자리인것 같고 매장 면적도 상당히 넓어 일반 편의점에서 다루지 못하는 물건도 상당수 있습니다. 편의점도 상당히 오래 됐으며 여기 사장님이 상당히 친절 합니다~. 과할 정도로~. 이곳 사장님 다른곳에도 영업장이 있다고 소문이 있고요~^^ 하여간 괜찮습니다~^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 도심 속의 아파트지만 꽤꼬리소리 소쩍새소리가 들리고 북한산둘레길이 아파트 뒤로 시작되고 앞으론 홍제천에 백로며 왜가리며 오리까지 다양한 물새와 물고기가 있고,하루종일 산바람과 강바람이 불어서 일년 중 에어컨을 켜야하는 날도 며칠정도로 쾌적한 환경이다.
Although it is an apartment in the city center, there are quite a few tails, and there are a lot of waterfowl and fish, including the Egret and Heron in Hongjecheon. It is a pleasant environment.
