★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전체적으로 디자인적 느낌과 건축구조 등이 좋고, 주차장 시설과 규모도 상당히 우수한 빌딩.
살짝 아쉬운 점은, 스타벅스가 있어서 그나마 많이 커버되고 있지만 멀티플렉스 빌딩치곤 전체적인 매장구성이 좀 약하다는 것.
Overall, the building has a good design and architectural structure, and the parking lot is very good.
It's a little unfortunate that Starbucks has a lot of coverage, but the overall structure of the multiplex building is rather weak.
