★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 청라 호수 공원이 보이고 인접해 있다. 이제 시티 타워까지 들어오면 더 아파트 값은 오를 듯. 초기에 자재를 적게 썼다며 분쟁이 있었는데 아파트 관리를 잘하고 특별히 문제가 없다보니 이제 정상화된 듯 보인다.
