★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at this hotel for a weekend in July. Superb location just around the corner from Shinbundang Line and so a short walk from lots of things, including department stores and lake.
Really nice welcome from reception, lovely room.
The breakfast was decent but a bit overpriced from what you get. So was dinner buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent new hotel. Great location. Still a lot of.construction going on during the day in the buildings next door but that probably finishes around summer 2020. Very friendly staff that goes out of their way to help. Big executive lounge with good collection of drinks and snack during the day.

Please never order the room service here. Ordered the black coffee and they came in a take out cup.. (first shock)
Then, ordered the American breakfast set (30,000 KRW) and it was one of the most horrible things I’ve ever had... The food was cold, bacons were hard, hash-browns were a dollar big. The fried egg had no flavor at all. Honestly, I am deadly sure they were left overs from the morning buffet at the hotel. they also gave a plain yogurt and it was a packaged yogurt from a convenient store... UNBELIEVABLE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

There are lots of things to do and places to eat because it’s in the middle of recently developed district in Suwon
But! from midnight there are a few cars screaming on the road which wakes me up several times
I guess this is because recently constructed roads are wide and clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel. They are so courteous and friendly! The area is perfect being right in the middle of so much stuff. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. It's quiet and just one of my favorite places to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would be 5 stars if they didn't charge so much for food and extra services. Of course, that is expected, but I don't like it, and I won't accept it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bedding, bathroom tub is quite small.. breakfast is ok but super crowded and ask to limit 1 hour on weekend. The back door connects at the shopping mall for easy access at Aqua Planet aquarium.
