★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Unprofessional workers--they don't follow-up as they say they would. Orders sent from vendors don't arrive in timely manner. And, it seems like customer satisfaction is NOT their top priority. Disappointed to say the least!!

Since I’ve been working here in Seoul last 2 years I’ve had some difficulties ordering anything online mostly due to language. Since I’ve been introduced to Coupang I’ve had nothing but great service. I haven’t once stepped into a grocery store since and I’ll definitely miss the convenience when I get back to the States. I’ve read the negative reviews but not once have they disappointed me. Item damaged from delivery? Next day replacement.... no run around hassles! Well done Coupang! And thank you!
