Love the interior. Rustic wood feel. Lots of lighting The coffee is very good and the baristas were helpful and spoke English well!

Second time here and same rude female staff member. Never again. The coffee is not great and served in one size only. They take USD but return change in Korean currency.

Stopover in Incheon looking for some good coffee after dinner. Cold brew was decent but service was terrible. My wife asked if she could have some ice after we purchased a drink and the cashier told her "No, we aren't a Starbucks" and refused to respond further when asked why it wasn't possible to get some ice. We often have layovers at Incheon but next time I'll follow her advice and get our coffee elsewhere. Seems like a poor business practice to lose customers over ice cubes.

Unlike some of the other reviewers we did not have any bad experiences with the staff. We both had a matcha green tea latte. I thought that it was very good but the one I was with thought there was too much matcha and not sweet enough. Nice place to sit while waiting for a flight.

I am a Korean American visiting my family. I was here to get a coffee while I was waiting for my over-night flight to Amsterdam. I was in line along with others waiting to order. The cashier told me that they are on a break and cut me off from me and others behind me. So, I left the line and was waiting outside the store. What happen next is horrifying. They were keep accepting other customers. So, I asked them why they were not on break. They refused to give me an explanation and denied that they got orders from other customers after I left. The thing is that they can only speak Korean and just tell Koreans to wait and accept other foreigners. A gentleman who was in front of me saw the same thing. There were other witnesses. Still, they denied the truth that they were lying in front of everyone in the store. It was my first time being ashamed of being able to understand Korean. Darn it! It was not a good experience a Korean discriminated other Koreans...

Terrible experience. I take away a few coffees, but decided to sit down and have a sip. My mother decided to ask for some tissue. They stopped her and shout at her. Claiming if u take away their coffee, not suppose to even take 1 tissue. Can't believe they can't tell properly but shout at an old lady. Very rude staff. We decided to leave that place. But still can see the staff showing a very bad face to us. I will never come here again.

Great hidden spot in the airport. They have an awesome dessert selection and still brew coffee with a pour over if you ask. Of course you can get a cold brew or nitro if you must. And they have nice seating outside.

When you have a last minute craving for sweets, this place is one of the few options at Terminal 2. The chocolate layer cake I had was moist and light. Bear in mind there's two locations - one in the general area of the airport where you check in, and another one once you go through the security point and immigration. Had known, I would not have carried around my cake through the security check point.
