★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인천시민이면 누구나 알 만큼 유명하다고 해서 찾았습니다.
10년 전에 여의도 사무실에 근무할때
계란 풀어 야채와 믹스하여 팬에 구워서 설탕과 케찹을 더한 토스트입니다.
그 당시 직장인들한테 엄청 인기 많았던 토스트를 정말 오랫만에 맛보았습니다.
몇 년전만 하더라도 이삭토스트가 워낙 월등하지만요!!
레시피가 복잡하지 않기에 여전히 추억의 맛 그대로 였고..
계란 속 사이즈가 좀 얇은 느낌은 들지만 그래도 괜찮았습니다.
단지 길거리 음식이다보니 위생 상태가 썩 좋아보이지는 않습니다.
그리고 아쉬운건 현금이랑 계좌이체만 가능합니다.
주변에 맥아더장군 기념관도 있고 멀찍이 송도가 내려보여
바람씌러 오기 좋은 곳입니다.

Even a few years ago, Isaac Toast was so superior!!
The recipe wasn't complicated, so it still tasted like a memory..
The inside of the egg feels a little thin, but it was okay.
Just because it's street food, it doesn't look very hygienic.
And unfortunately, only cash and bank transfer are possible.
There is a memorial to General MacArthur in the vicinity, and you can see Songdo from a distance.
It's a great place to come to the wind.

근데 도착하니 대기줄 어마어마
기다리는 동안 없던 식욕도 생기게 만드는 신기한곳.
가격 착하고, 이모님듵 친절하시고 기다리는 동안 수입차 전시장인 양 계속 들어오는 차 구경에 시간 가는 줄 모르고 기다리는 곳.
기본토스트에 두툼한 계란부침, 설탕과 케찹의 조화...
드셔보시라. 바로 그자리에서 만든 뜨끈한 토스트가 이렇게 맛있었나 생각하게 만드는 맛. 이 시국에 이렇게라도 포장해서 먹을 수 있어서 감사한 곳. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 현금만 받는...
