★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 애호가들이 많이 찾는 곳으로 알고 있는데 커피 잘 모르는데 파파뉴기니아? 고소한 맛으로 먹었는데 깔끔하고 뒷맛이 깨끗합니다!!
 I know it's a popular place for coffee lovers, but I don't know about coffee, but Papa New Guinea? I ate it with a savory taste, but it was clean and the aftertaste was clean!!

외부음식가능하고. 포크랑 접시 서비스.
에티오피아 매우 훌륭. 디카프도 나이스.
물줄기 대신 드립퍼를 돌돌 돌리면서 내리는거 처음봤음.
파푸아뉴기니 원두 맛보라고 샘플러에 서비스주심.
공간은 매우작으나 망리단길 특유의 분위기같음.
Ethiopia. Colombian Decaf. Both by dripping.
Outside food is possible. Fork and plate service.
Ethiopia very nice. Decaf is also nice.
It's the first time I've seen a dripper turn around instead of a stream of water.
Serving a sampler to taste Papua New Guinea beans.
The space is very small, but it feels like the unique atmosphere of Mangnidan-gil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 합정역 근처에서 스페셜티 커피를 검색하다가 높은 점수를 보고 간 곳입니다.
작은 카페지만 아늑한 분위기와 함께 여러 종류의 원두가 있는 곳이더군요.
메뉴에 있는 커피 말고도 취향에 따라 커피를 추천받을 수 있어서 제가 좋아하는 산미가 있는 커피를 부탁했는데 이디오피아 시다모를 추천해주더군요.
마셔봤는데 묵직하면서도 훌륭한 커피였습니다.
커피를 마시면서 커피에 관한 이런저런 이야기를 해주셨는데 오랫동안 커피를 연구하셨다는 게 느껴졌습니다.
점수가 왜 높은지 알 수 있는 곳이었습니다.
합정 쪽에 살거나 일이 있어 간다면 커피애호가라면 반드시 가봐야할 곳이라 생각합니다.

구글평점 60개가 넘는데 4.9점인 것은 이유가 있긴 하더라구요. 바로 눈 앞에서 커피 내리는 모든 과정을 보실 수 있습니다.
카페크레미나, 파푸아뉴기니드립 마셨습니다.
기분탓이 아니고 커피맛이 좋았습니다.
사장님 친절하시고... 가격대가 조금 있지만 이정도야. 가끔 한번 먹는건데 괜찮은 정도입니다.
매장이 넓지 않고 좌석수가 모자라 대기하실수도 있겠습니다.
드립이 생각나면 다음에 또 가볼것 같네요.

I drank Café Cremina and Papua New Guinea drips.
It wasn't bad, the coffee tasted good.
The owner is kind... The price is a bit high, but that's it. I eat it once in a while and it's okay.
The store is not spacious and there are not enough seats, so you may have to wait.
If I think of drip, I think I will go again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best coffee in Seoul. No espresso machine, everything is hand drip and with a rotating selection of hand roasted beans. Some special offerings include charcoal roasted beans and flannel drip coffee. Owner is exceptionally mind and welcoming. After visiting 100s of cafes in Seoul, this is the one I always come back to and I have been countless times. Without a doubt some of the best coffee you can get anywhere.
