★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive staff who speak English. I had a conversation with a bar tender where we talked about an Old Fashioned cocktail. Lively spot with rooftop access. Typical pub food all the way up to NY Strip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rating is based on the 1st floor because, honestly, upstairs was an absolute racket. The drinks here are really good, the staff are friendly and they speak English. You can't really go wrong with this place. My only thing would be the music choice but that's just my preference.
