★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 어머니 임플란트로 가서 견적내서 상세히 물어보는거 당연지사죠. 왜 물어보냐는식 답변 굉장히 불쾌했습니다. 이런 서비스정신에 비싸가격 해외에서 하고 오거나 친절하신분한테 하는게 천배 낮죠. 몇천만원 견적 보고 이것저것 물어보는게 촌스러운건가요? 견적상담해주시는분이 코디네이터? 위생사? 역시 영업이시면 교양과목이 필수군요. 환자에게 친절히 상담해주셨으면 하는데요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음 가서 해외파 선생님 치료실력은 잘 모르겠지만, 특히 위생사님의 표정이나 서비스정신 많이 부족하다고 생각듭니다. 밝은 미소로 손님들 대해주세요. 손님 뒤 귀속말 하는 것도 보고 쌀쌀한 말투 역시 환자분이 돈내고 치료하는데 그럼 대접 받기 싫겠죠. 아주 불쾌했습니다.
