★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 올리브영 납품차 양지 물류센터를 방문했는데 최신식 시설과 웅장한 규모에 기가 죽을만큼 최고의 물류센터 인것 같습니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 알바하러 간 곳이다. 주간조로 9시부터 21시까지 근무했다. 업체별로 셔틀 제공해준다. 다만 연장(잔업)근무 발생시 무조건 해야한다. 쿠팡처럼 선택이 아니다. 파트별로 11:30 혹은 12:00뷰터 1시간 중식시간이고 5분전엔 모여야 한다. 중간 쉬는시간은 3시쯤에 20분 6시쯤에 20분 준다. 연장(잔업)근무시 20~21정도까지 발생한다.(21시부턴 야간조가 근무를 하므로 최대 21시까지 작업한다)그리고 근무중에 꼭 필요하므로 볼펜과 커터칼은 필수고 장갑도 개인이 준비해야 한다. 식사는 식대 제공 안 해주고 개인이 알아서 해결해야 한다. 근처 편의점에나 식당에서 사먹거나 개인이 싸와서 해결하는 분도 있었다. 그리고 출근할때 알바들은 조끼를 입는데 안 빤거 돌려입는듯 하다.. 현장에서 꼭 입고 있어야 하기에 찝찝하다면 개인 탈취제 챙겨서 뿌리길 바란다.. 마스크는 KF나 비말 일회용만 가능하고 면마스크 같은건 안된다고 한다. 식사 후 모일때 온도체크 하는데 꼭 작성해야 하고 출퇴근 지문과 업체별로 서명 꼭 해야 급여 지급된다. 여자 9~21 기준 108060원 입금된다.(공고 114800원(9~21)은 남자페이) 알바몬 후기에 보면 툭하면 힘들다 걸러야한다 그런 경우들 많은데 정말 먹고 살려면 어쩔 수 없는게 현실이다. 덕평 쿠팡 화재로 그쪽의 수많은 계약직들이 타 센터로 전환배치 되면서 다른 쿠팡 센터들의 단기 티오가 많이 줄었다. 그래서 쿠팡 다니던 기존 단기 분들도 출근 티오가 잘 안 난다고 다른데라도 구하고 있는것이 지금의 현실인데 + 방학시즌 + 코로나로 자영업 하시는 분들도 먹고 살기 위해 이런 물류 일로 뛰어들고 있는게 현실이다..
