Do not trust docfinder.com to recommend any clinic ESPECIALLY CINDERELLA PLASTIC. this clinic pay high commission to agent so that they highly recommended but infact they had the worse service and skill. the nurses there are super rude and rough on patient's wound.

I was researching about the facial contouring surgery in South Korea and came across Cinderella Clinic! I felt really comfortable with the services that they had provided for me as i only speak English, and i do not understand Korean. They had an English speaking staff help me throughout the whole process of filling out a chart, meeting the consultants and also meeting the surgeon. When i first went in, the staff helped me with my charts on filling out all my information and also helped to confirm what consultation i wanted to have. When we were in the consultation room, they brought me juice to drink which i was very grateful for! I had to get my x-ray and CT scan checked and after that the consultant came into the room to discuss with me what i wanted to get done. I explained that i wanted a V-Line and a cheekbone reduction surgery done to make my face look smaller and she explained how the surgery would go in detail. After talking to the consultant, the surgeon came in and he was really friendly and helped me figure out what i would really need/not need. He explained to me that the V-Line could be done because i still had a lot of bone that could be shaved but he advised me not to do the cheekbone reduction as my cheeks were not portruding outwards anyway and if i do the cheekbone reduction, my face would look flat and there would be no volume. He explained everything in detail and really took the time to make sure i understood all the processes of the surgery. Because of his detailed explanation, i decided to put in my payment and book a slot for my surgery. Post-surgery, the staff at the clinic really took care of me and gave me everything that i needed, wether it was water or going to the washroom, they were there to help me at all times. The English speaking staff also stayed the night with me to ensure that all the communications between the nurse and me would not be misunderstood. Before getting discharged, i met with the surgeon to remove the blood tube from my mouth and he told me that the surgery went really well, and that i would not have to worry about the results. He was very reassuring so i was a little relaxed. He also reminded me to really do my post-surgery treatments properly to avoid any inflammations or infections. A week later once i could remove all my tapes, i met with the surgeon again and he checked the insides of my mouth and showed me the x-rays and ct scans of the before and after of my face, to show me the differences there are with my bone structure. He did such a clean job, i was so happy about it! Now, it has been 4 months and i can't be happier with what i see as days pass, and the swellings go down! I'm really happy with the results and i am thankful towards Cinderella Clinic for helping me get a nicer jawline! I definitely recommend you to get a consultation at the clinic. I received great service, and detailed explanations of my surgery. I was informed about everything in every step of the surgery!

I did my facial contouring surgery which they call V-line surgery 6 months ago, and I never regretted to have surgery even though I had a hard time chewing and swallowing. The best thing about this hospital is the doctor, Sun Min Hong. He was so hilarious and friendly to me, and I asked so many questions which he answered everything in details. Before I came for the consultation, I was worried about the surgeon. I tried to find the best specialist, so I had to look up every doctor’s profile. However, during the consultation, he explained everything and even drew lines and shapes for me to understand the whole process. Moreover, I asked him to shave more bones for very sharp V-line, but he explained why he wouldn’t recommend it because if he would reduce much more, then the nerves would be damaged. I was very relieved after listening to his opinion which made perfect sense to me. Also, he can speak English very well. I’m very satisfied with every moment I had at the Cinderella Clinic. I spent a long time researching different clinics in Korea and ultimately narrowed it down to Cinderella because of their skilled surgeons and results. The staff here is more than welcoming and are very kind. They exceeded my expectations. They truly take care of you and look out for your health and concerns. I travelled here by myself and the staff went out of their way to keep me company while waiting for my taxi as well as keeping me company during waiting periods. If you don’t speak any English, don’t worry, there are in-house translators there to assist you along the way to make sure everything is well communicated. The surgeons I met with took their time with me and made sure I knew exactly what they were going to do, they will answer any questions you may have for them without feeling rushed. All in all, I had an amazing time at the clinic, I absolutely love my results and loved the kind staff there. I can’t wait to see my current results, and I will return in the future for any future cosmetic concerns!

Got my facial contouring surgery done in Cinderella Plastic Surgery Clinic and i am so happy with my results. It wasn't that painful, and the nurses were kind to me and the post-surgery treatments were done with care. My jawline turned out looking absolutely natural and i am very happy with it. Because i am a foreigner, they had an English translator explaining everything to me and i wasn't lost at all. Friendly and caring! 20/20 for sure. I would definitely go back to this clinic if i were to do more surgeries.

I was searching about facial contouring in many plastic surgery hospitals in Korea until I came across Cinderella, where the facial contouring surgeon was a specialist for jawline and two jaw surgery. In my case, I wanted to get a V-Line surgery done as I really wanted a sharp facial structure. I thought that he would just work with what we want but he was great because he actually advised me against certain procedures such as shaving my chin because it is already short. I really enjoyed his honesty and when I got out from the surgery, I did not feel immense pain and I had English translators and kind nurses who really took care of me. I’m in my 3rd month going into the 4th month of recovery and the results are really satisfactory! I’d really like to thank my surgeon for operating on me with immense care!
