A Chinese restaurant in the middle of a residential area that I came across by chance. The fried rice jjamppong is all good. The interior is also exotic, so you can eat with a strange feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 중국 쉐프들이 다수 포진되어 있는 익산의 중국집. 적당한 품질의 돼지고기를 적당한 튀김옷을 입혀 균형감 잘 맞춰진 소스에 버므려 제공한다. 탕수육소스는 신맛과 단맛이 조화롭게 어울려 있어 어는 한가지 맛이 튀지 않는다. 붓먹을 전제로 만들던 옛날 탕수육이다.
삼선짬뽕은 해물만 먹어도 배부를 정도로 엄청난 양을 넣고 조리한다. 너무 짜지 않은 국물에 가는 고추가루를 듬뿍 넣어 칼깔한 맛을 낸다. 잘 손질된 온갖 해산물을 다양한 채소와 함께 웍에 넣고 요리를 하면서 불향을 잔뜩 입혔다. 이 집의 삼선짬뽕은 면보다는 밥에 더 잘 어울린다. 반드시 짬뽕밥을 드시기를 강추한다.
다른 음식은 먹어보지 않았으나 다음 기회에는 코스요리를 먹어보고 싶을 정도로 호기심을 자아낸다.
종업원들도 아주 친절하다.
A Chinese restaurant in Iksan with many Chinese chefs. Serve pork of the right quality in a well-balanced sauce with a suitable tempura coat. The sweet and sour sauce is a harmonious combination of sour and sweet tastes, so it doesn't stick out any one flavor. It is an old sweet and sour pork that was made on the premise of brushstrokes.
Samseon Jjambbong is cooked with a huge amount so that it will be enough to eat just seafood. Add plenty of fine red pepper powder to the broth that is not too salty to give it a crispy taste. All sorts of well-groomed seafood were put in a wok along with various vegetables and cooked with a lot of fire aroma. Samsun Jjambbong in this house goes better with rice than noodles. It is highly recommended to eat champon rice.
I haven't tried any other food, but next time I am curious enough to want to try a course meal.
The employees are also very friendly.
