Moreover there is a monumental tower to commemorate those who sacrificed during construction of Gyeongbu highway. Plus there is a small museum for them and the highway.
FYI, this highway has significant meaning to Korean history when it comes to the fast development of Korea because it served as a backbone of the logistics triggering booming of all industries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good highway rest place. it was one of the most busy place, but now a little bit quite place. long time ago i used to stop here to see rabbits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rest stop with both sit-down restaurants as well as sit-down & to-go snack vendors. Bathrooms are clean and spacious.
Out back are hammocks and swings and lots of seating areas.
Up on the nearby hill (accessible from the parking lot) is a monument to the construction of the Seoul-Busan highway.
You can also get Cajun potato crusted corn dogs there.
