★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서산 풍전저수지쪽 펜션에서 하룻밤을 묵고 집으로 돌아오기 전 오전에 간단한 브런치겸 들른 빵집.
크림치즈빵이 맛있다는 지인의 추천으로 방문하여 빵을 고르는데 일요일이라 그런지 빵이 많지는 않았음.
가장 맛있다건 크림치즈 바게트가 아직 만들어지지 않아 기다렸다가 먹었는데, 빵도 겉이 바삭하고 맛있었지만 내부에 크림치즈를 정말 이래도 되나 싶을 정도로 많이 넣어서 맛없을 수가 없는 맛이었음. 커피도 괜찮았음......
변두리에 있는 빵집치고 내공이 있어 보여서 사장님께 여쭤보니 원래 서울 송파쪽에서 가게를 운영하셨다고 함. 임대료 부담 없고 경쟁 덜 치열한 이곳에서 번창하시길~~......
