★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude staff. First time I came here I bought almost $40 of there things. Usually you can expect lots of samples from other stores but in Tony Moly they gave me just the 1 facemask (the one they lure you in with).
The 2nd time I came with my friend and a rude Chinese staff kept looking over our shoulder and asking what we wanted (in a very rude tone) even we said 3x we are just browsing. We saw the hand cream and thought about coming back to buy it but when we left the worker told us: hey you give us back the facemask (the one they said we could have if we come in). So due to rude service we decided to go to another store to buy the handcream.

I just passed by this shop and the staff she gave me a free green tea mask I was very happy and think I should go in and walk around maybe I can buy something.
But I went in all the smaple were dirty and not clean at all so decided to go out without buying anything.
When I go out there is one staff(probably Chinese staff because I heard she speaks Chinese to her colleagues)
she stopped me and asked me to return the mask the reason was I didnt buy anything from this shop.
I was bit piss but I don't want to talk to her or argue with her anymore so I return it to her.
Very bad experience in this shop!!

I bought about 30 of intense care gold 24k snail essence. I just open one and it’s empty and it looks like it has been used. Can anyone send me a new one? Please contact me and help me.
