s	sungchul park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있다. 그러나 동시에 아쉽다. 쓰레빠와 슬리퍼가 다른의미를 뜻하듯이 라면과 라멘은 다르다. 그런의미로 딴지라면 보다는 딴지라멘 이 더 어울리는 이름일것 같다. 기대가 너무 커서일까? 솔직히 조금 실망했다. 고명으로 올라간 버섯은 이게 뭔가 싶었다. 아무 조리가 되지않은 생 버섯인데 약간 구워서 주던가 그게 아니라면 밑 부분이라도 떼어서 올려놔야 할것 같았다. 홍라면을 먹었는데 어떤것으로 매운맛을 냈는지 알 수 없으나 고추가루? 등 매운맛을 내는것이 가끔 씹히는데 상당히 불쾌했다. 차라리 매운맛만 내고 빼내거나 고추기름을 추가하는 방식을 고려하는것도 방법이라고 생각한다. 처음 면을 입에 넣었을때의 느낌은 한마디로 '오버쿡' 이였다. 면 종류도 적당한 익힘이 있는데 금산제면소에서 먹었던 면의 식감과 비교해보면 이건 너무 익었다. 면 자체의 식감을 느끼기 어려웠다. 그리고 차슈도 어떻게 관리했는지, 얼마나 익혔는지 모르겠으나 이건 면보다 오버쿡의 정도가 더 심했다. 계란은 맛있었다. 더치커피는 맛은 둘째치고 에스프레소 잔하고 비슷한 사이즈로 나왔는데 차라리 물을 타서 묽게 하더라도 양을 더 크게 했으면 좋겠다. 너무 양이 작다. 다른사람에게 추천 할 수 있겠나? 라는 생각으로 먹었는데 추천 못할 것 같다. 기회가 되면 맵지 않은 일반맛 라면도 한번 먹어봐야겠다. 일단 지금 기준으로는 추천 할 수 없는 음식점이다. delicious. I think it is better to consider the method of removing only spicy taste or adding chili oil. When you first put the noodles in your mouth, the feeling is in a word It was'Overcook'. The type of noodles is also suitable for cooking, but compared to the texture of the noodles I ate at Geumsanjemyeonso, this is too cooked. It was difficult to feel the texture of the noodles itself. Also, I don't know how I managed or cooked the chashu, but this was more of an overcook than noodles. The eggs were delicious. Apart from the taste, Dutch coffee came out in a similar size with a cup of espresso. The amount is too small. Can you recommend it to someone else? I ate it with the idea that I could not recommend it. If I get the chance, I should try the non-spicy, regular ramen. First of all, it is a restaurant that cannot be recommended by the current standards.
