통유리라 환기할 방법도 없고요
Air-conditioning is centralized, so fall 2016 is so hot during the day.

1층에 스타벅스가 있고, 주변에 맛집들이 많이 있음.
시설 자체도 깔끔하며, 흡연 구역이 많아 직장인들에게 참 편리함,
.서대문역과 충정로에서 접근성이좋음.

Starbucks is on the first floor and there are many restaurants around.
The facility itself is tidy and the smoking area is very convenient for office workers.
Good access from Seodaemun Station and Chungjeongno-ro.
