★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 당뇨가 있어 먹고 나서 혈당을 재 보면 진짜 막국수인지 밀가루가 섞인 막국수 인지 알 수 있지요.
대한민국 어디를 가도 혈당을 올리지 않는 막국수는 이집뿐이지 않을까 싶네요.
 If you have diabetes and look at the blood sugar after eating, you can see if it is real makguksu or flour mixed makguksu.
I wonder if this is the only makkuksu that does not raise blood sugar anywhere in Korea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음 갔을 때는 면도 잘익고 맛있게 잘해주더만 나중에는 맛도 없고 현금계산하라고 강요하고 밥도 지대로 못먹게 옆에서 참견하면서 떠들어재낌. 할머니가 음식에 대한 자부심이 있는 것은 알겠으나 그런거 불편해하는 사람들이 많다는 것을 알아줬으면.

간장을 손수 다리신다네요. 당일 남은 재료는 모두 폐기하신답니다.
껍질을 벗긴 메밀쌀로만 국수를 뽑으신답니다. 껍질엔 독소가 있어서 먹으면 좋지않다고 하시네요. 그래서 국수가 흰 편이고 부드럽습니다.
주차는 주변 주차장에 하시고 걸어가시는게 편합니다. 벨몽드 마트 주차장이 힘들어 하니 공영주차장을 찾아보세요.
잡숴보면 춘천의 막국수는 반드시 이집을 기준으로 하게 되실겁니다!!
