병원은 가는 사람마다 케바케인가 싶음. 리뷰가 워낙 별로라 별 기대 안해서 그런 것일 수도 있는데 안내? 하고 의사선생님이 친절하게 잘해주심. 사람들이 좀 있어서 기다리는 시간이 좀 있지만 대학병원이라 그런가보다 했음. 그래도 더 빨리 진료 볼 수 있으면 좋겠음.
I think that every person who goes to the hospital is Kebakke. The review is so poor, so it might be because I didn't expect much. And the doctor was kind and nice. There are some people, so I have a little time to wait, but I thought it was because it was a university hospital. I wish I could see the doctor sooner though.

최근3개윌동안 응급실에 두번갔는데 MRI실 ,X-Ray실직원분들 너무친절하고 본인 가족 대하듯 배려심 정말 짱?감사 응급실 닥터분들도 친절한편인데 간호사 몇몇분들 정말 개불친절했어요 뭘물어도성의없고 사무적이고닥딱하고환자상태에 전혀 배려심이없어 화가났어요
I went to the emergency room twice in the last 3 wills. MRI room, X-ray room staff are so friendly and caring as if they were family members ? Thank you The emergency room doctors are also friendly. Some of the nurses were really friendly I was upset because I wasn't anxious to ask anything, I was clerical, and I didn't care about the patient's condition at all.

건선으로 17년 이상을 고생했습니다. 전대도 가보고 다른곳의 대학병원도 가보고 하다가 일본에서도 방문했지만 별 차도가 없었고, 한의원에 가면 달에 1~2백만원씩은 그냥 깨지고 차도는 약간 좋아졌다가 다시 심해지길 수백번.. 최근에 지인의 건선이 엄청 좋아졌대서 수원에서 광주까지 속는 셈 치고 왔는데, 건선 전문 '신봉석' 교수님께서 처음 뵐 때 부터 인상 좋게 하나부터 열까지 자세히 설명해주시고 제 질문에 성심성의껏 답변 해주시는게 굉장히 인상 깊었습니다. 그리고 한달동안 많이 좋아져서 너무 좋습니다. 다른건 모르겠고 교수님의 능력만 봐선 별 5개를 드리고 싶은데 아직은 다른 접수처나 간호사분들이 서비스 마인드가 별로라 조금 더 지켜보고 싶습니다

많은병원들에 친절도까지 겸비해주란것은 쉬운일은아닐듯하다. 이해한다. 허나 조대는 심하다. 원무과부터 간호사까지 환자.보호자등의 니즈파악은 전혀없음. 도통 듣질않고 판단함. 근2달간 거의 통원하며 여기저기 과마다 가게되었는데, 어쩜 한결같이 모두가 불친절하여, 내가문제인가 고민까지 해봤는데, 다른사람들 대하는 조대 간호.원무 종사자님들을보니, 내문제가 아닌것을 확인했음. 언성은기본으로높고, 성격들이 죄다급한가싶음, 표정도 무시하는얼굴들을 하고선 아 근게뭐어찌라고 딱 이얼굴임. 말을 짧게하고잇는데도 듣질않고 뚝뚝잘라서 시간만더걸림. 결국 내요구사항은 간단햇으나 미간찌푸리고 예민보스될뻔한일이 가는날마다 1번이상있었음.

I went to the hospital for almost 2 months and went to different departments, but everyone was unkind, so I even thought about whether it was me. The voice is basically high, the personalities are very urgent, and the faces are ignoring their facial expressions. Even though I'm speaking short, I don't listen and it takes more time because I cut it off. In the end, my request was simple, but I frowned and almost became a sensitive boss. Been there more than once every day I go.

창구에서 기다리는데 자기네들끼리 할일만 하고 밖에서 기다리는 환자는 안중에도 없는 행동을 무려 15분이 지나도 전혀 응대하는 법이 없었다. 나중에 전혀다른 7~10번쪽에서 호출이 왔다. 직원들끼리 놀려면 아예 창구를 열어놓지를 말던지... 이러고도 환자중심이니 뭐니 떠들어대다니 한심하기만 했다.
While waiting at the window, the patient waiting outside, doing only their own chores, did not respond to unconcerned behavior even after 15 minutes had passed. Later, a call came from a completely different number 7-10. If you want to play with the staff, you should not leave the window open at all... Even then, I was just pathetic about talking about being patient-centered.

최근 건강에 문제가생겨서 입원하게 됬는데 병원 의료진들은 최고라고 생각하는 1인입니다 그런데 입원하면서 예전에 조용하고 뭔가 차분하고 안정적임 편안함은 찾아볼수가없었습니다 주된 원인은 간병인들 이었습니다 왜 이렇게들 목소리가크고 말이 많은지ㅡ 병실환자들을 흉보고 간섭하고 사적인 통화를 병실에서 아주아주큰 목소리로 통화하고 돌보는 환자를 흉보고 ㅡ 거동을 못하시는 환자분을 거칠게대하고ㅡ 휴ㅡㅡ 병원이아닌 장터ㅡ시장같은 느낌은 저만그런게 아니더라구요 이러다가는 병원 이미지에 문제가 생길지도 모르겠다는 생각이듭니다 진심으로 개선이 필요하다고생각합니다 병원에 있으면서 스트레스가 어마어마했습니다 참다못해 간병인을 보내는 환자도 봤습니다 꼭 개선되길 바래봅니다 사진은 병실에서 파란하늘이 예뻐서 찍어봤습니다 저에게는 두번살게해준 고마운병원입니다 감사합니다 ㅡ
