★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일주일전 친구들과 가서 너무 맛있게 먹어서 오늘 낮에 부모님 모시고 다녀왔어요
그런데 고기가 영 퍽퍽해서 직원에게 지난번과 맛이다르다고 좋게 이야기했더니 직원왈 "고기질에 대해 말씀하시면 안되죠"
아무리 그렇다해도 말을 그렇게 하나요.. 기분이 너무 나빴지만 부모님을 모시고간터라 아무말않고 참았습니다.
고기가 그날그날 다를수있는건 인정하지만 말을 그렇게하면 안되죠..
고기 윗면은 정말 선명한 빨강이라 맛있어보이지만 뒤집어보면 거무틱틱해요.. 재방문 의사 없네요

The top side of the meat is really bright red, so it looks delicious, but if you turn it over, it's chunky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기본메뉴가 소고기 + 샤브샤브 무한리필이라 최상무는 샤브샤브가 메인인줄 알았는데 구이가 메인이였다. 지인추천으로 같이 방문하였는데 토요일 저녁 7시정도인데 손님들이 많아 거의 만석이였고 조금 대기 시간이 있었다. 셀프로 테이블에 얌념장이나 야채같은건 손수 셋팅을 해야되고 소고기와 샤브샤브는 직원본이 갔다주신다. 차돌박이는 샤브샤브에 넣어서 부드럽게 먹고 소고기는 육즙을 나오면 바로 먹었다. 간만에 잘 먹은것 같다. 성인 남성 두명이서 소고기 3접시에 소주2명 5만원정도 나왔던것 같다. 욕심이지만 오늘 먹었던것 처럼 변함이 없는 최상무가 됐으면 좋겠다.
