이	이호우 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.08.04. 이제 여기는 다시 가지 않겠다. 점심시간에 비빔국수 먹으러 가면 무조건 안 된다고 한다. 입구에 계시는 사장님은 된다고 해서 앉아있었더니 홀서빙하는 종업원이 와서 안 된다고 했다. 이번이 처음이 아니라 무려 두번째이다. 메뉴판에 있는 음식을 안 팔면 뭐 어쩌자는 건지. 애초에 그럼 안 한다고 써붙여놓던가. 더이상 할말이 없는 음식점이다. 아래의 내 리뷰가 후회되는 집은 이곳이 처음이다. --------------------------------- 이 곳의 손칼국수는 마치 설날에 먹는 떡국과 같은 풍미가 있다. 간이 세지 않고 후루룩 후루룩 술술 넘어가는 칼국수라 생각하면 된다. 무엇가 특별함은 없으나 무엇인가 어릴 때 할머니께서 끓여주시던 칼국수가 생각나는 맛이다. 그래서 정감이 가는 곳이다. 하지만 비빔칼국수는 그 반대다. 누구나 다 아는 그런 강렬한 맛으로 입맛을 사로잡는다. 묘하게 쭉쭉 들어가는 맛이다. 금방 다 먹을 수 있을만큼 쭉쭉 땡기다가도 어느 순간 면이 새끼치는게 아닌가 싶을 정도로 남아있는 모습을 보면 그간의 노력이 헛수고라는 것을 느낀다. 요약하면 양이 많다는 뜻이다. 보리밥과 열무 콩나물을 넣고 비벼먹는 식전 비빔밥은 음식이 나올 때까지의 시간을 톡톡 터지는 식감과 새콤한 맛으로 즐겁게 해준다. 21.08.04. So this is the place to go. But bibim kalguksu is the opposite. It captivates the palate with such an intense flavor that everyone knows. It is a taste that goes in and out. When you see that you are craving so much that you can eat it all at once, but at some point you think that the noodles are shattered, you feel that your efforts have been in vain. In summary, it means a lot. The pre-meal bibimbap mixed with barley rice and radish bean sprouts makes the time until the food comes out with a bursting texture and sour taste.
