★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대구 칠성시장에서 진주식당과 함께 남아 있는 닭곱창 집 이제 두곳 밖에 없음. 술 안주로도 좋고 밥 반찬으로 좋다.소곱창 이나 돼지곱창은 많이 알고 있지만 닭곱창은 특이한 메뉴. 곱창 자체가 닭의 내장부위라서 약간 냄새가 나는건 감당해야 할듯.
There are only two chicken giblets left in Daegu Chilseong Market along with Jinju Restaurant. It's great as a side dish for sake and rice. We know a lot about beef and pork giblets, but chicken giblets are unique. The giblets themselves are the internal parts of the chicken, so I think I have to deal with the smell.
