구직급여 신청하러 갔는데 설명해주신다는 남자분 무슨말하는지 하나도 몰르겠어요 입안에서 웅얼웅얼 40살인저도 이러는데 더 나이드신분은 우째 알아들을까요 매일반복되는 일이고 설명인지는 알겠습니다만 저는 처음 경험하는 일이라 귀쫑긋 하고 들었습니다 말씀을 좀 더 정확하게 해주세요 암튼 별하나도 아깝게 눌렀어요
I went to apply for job search benefits, but I don't even know what the guy who said he was explaining was talking about. It's a daily occurrence and I know if it's an explanation, but it's my first experience, so I listened intently. please be more precise Anyway, I gave it a single star.

실업급여2차접수일.새벽부터동영상교육 전송 했으나실패.10시넘어 센타전화하니 1577.7114로전화하라고..직접방문하겠다 하니 오라해서 갔다.담당은 자리에 없고번호표 뽑지말고 대기하라는 글만 붙어있고.한참기다려도 안오길래 옆창구 직원에게 물었더니 표뽑고 기다리라고한다.15분쯤지나니 그옆창구직원에게 나의일을 해결해주라한다.앉았다.동영상전송이안된다.교육은받았다.어떻게 해야하나.했더니 컴으로검색하더니.1차는신청했고2차는교육도안했는데 뭘 전송하냐며.해결책을말해주지않는다 급한마음에 평생교육다닌다하니.서류를떼오던지.팩스로 보내달란다..우째우째2시50분쯤끝내고 나오는데 열이확났다. 대기순번기다리는 사람들은 번호가불러지길 기다리는데 .직원들은 자기자리일이 아니라 그런지 신경도 안쓰고 뭘 물어보느데도 대답하는 태도는 불친절하다..물론 여러사람을 상대하기에 힘든것도안다.그래도 거기찿아가는사람들만큼 힘들고 간절하지는 않겠지 안나..조금만 부드럽게 말하고 알아듣기싶게 설명햐주면 되지 않을까싶다.결국 오늘 실업급여는 들어오지 않았고.이래저래 기분이개운하진 않다.나이가좀있는 어르신들은 진짜 어렵겠다..실업급에 신청이나 방법을조금더 편리하고 쉽게 이용할수있게 했으면 좋겧다는 아쉬움이 남는다.상담창구 직원분들 조금만 더 친절하고 목소리에 날 세우지말고 부드럽게 설명해주세요
The 2nd day of filing for unemployment benefits. The video training was sent but failed. When I called the center after 10 o'clock, they told me to call 1577.7114.. They said I would come in person, so I went. He didn't come, so I asked the staff at the window next door to pick up a ticket and wait. After about 15 minutes, I told the staff at the counter next to me to solve my problem. I sat down. The video could not be sent. I received training. I asked what to do. I applied for the second round and I didn't even get training for the second round, but they said what to send. They don't tell me the solution. I'm in a rush to go to lifelong education. I want to either pick up the documents or send it by fax. People who wait in line wait for their number to be called. The staff doesn't care because it's not their job, and their attitude to answer any questions is unkind. Of course, I know it's difficult to deal with many people. I don't think it's as hard and desperate as it is.. I wonder if I could speak a little softly and explain it in an understandable way. In the end, I didn't receive unemployment benefits today. It is a pity that it would have been better if the application or method could be made more convenient and easier to use.
