★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 동평초등학교가 아파트단지 내에 있습니다. 한림유치원과 동평초 병설 유치원도 있고, 주민들을 위한 독서실과 테니스장이 있습니다. 중앙집중식 난방장치라서 불편해 하는 주민도 있는 것 같습니다만 창문샤시를 새로 설치한 주택의 경우에는 외풍이 없어 춥지 않다고 들었습니다. 상가쪽 동은 주차난이 심각하여 2중 주차가 기본인 것 같고 뒷동으로 갈수록 주차문제는 덜한 것 같습니다. 부영이그린과 화성아파트 사이길로는 차량통행이 불가합니다. 106동 옆에는 버스정류장이 있습니다.
 Dongpyeong Elementary School is located in the apartment complex. There is a kindergarten with Hallym kindergarten and Dongpyeongcho, and there is a reading room and tennis court for the residents. Some residents may feel uncomfortable because of the centralized heating system, but in the case of the newly installed window chassis, I heard that it is not cold because there is no draft. In the east side of the mall, parking seems to be serious, so double parking seems to be the basic, and toward the rear, the parking problem seems to be less. The road between Buyoung Igreen and Hwaseong Apartment is not allowed. There is a bus stop next to Building 106.
