오삼은 오징어는 너무크고 삼겹살도 좀크고. 간은 좀달다
밑반찬은 모두 정갈하고 맛도 깔큼한편이었다
먹을만은 했는데 약간 어색한 맛으로 다가왓다
아마 내가 피곤한 상태여서 그런가했는데 아니다 역시 뭔가가 부족하다는 우리 장금씨의 입맛을 돌려버렸다
그래도 50대의 중후한 입맛은 아니고
2~30대의 입맛에는 조을듲하다
괜히 엿생각 순두부맛에 찿아간 천지인 식당
사실 이런걸 쓰려고 한건 아닌데 맛이 좀 달다
요리전 사장님께 달지않고 매콤새콤하게 주문을 해보는센스가 필요한것같다
음식이 나오고난뒤에 뒷말은 삼가하자
주인 내외분이 하시는듲 나름 홀과 주방은 깨끗 깔끔 하다
테이블에 있는 김 통은 필요한만큼 드실만큼
식사하시는분들의 재량에따라 잡수셔도 아무말 하지않으신다
손님들이 이어서 계속 오는걸보면 분명 맛집이라해도 될듲하다
중년분들은 사전에 취향을 알려주면 맛난 한끼의 식사를 즐길수있다고 본다
