★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원룸이 가격대비 지하철역과 대중교통이 접근성이 좋고 백화점과 로데오거리, 유흥가는 적당히 떨어져있어 시끄럽지 않음.
장점은 대중교통과 강동역 5호선 근접, 천호 현대백화점과 롯데시네마, 로데오거리, 대형대학병원 (강동성심병원), 유흥가, 재래시장등 모두 인접해 있어 도보로 5~10분 거리임
소방서는 바로 앞에 마주보고 있어서 요즘 화재 사고가 많은데 화재가 나거나 응급차를 부르게 되도 30초면 오고 화재는 1분안에 진압될거 같아 걱정이 없음ㅋㅋ
 The studios are well-priced due to the low price of the subway station and public transportation. The department stores, the rodeo streets and the entertainment districts are not too loud.
Advantages are public transportation, close to Gangdong Station Line 5, Cheonho Hyundai Department Store, Lotte Cinema, Rodeo Street, Large University Hospital (Gangdong Sacred Heart Hospital), entertainment district, traditional market, etc.
The fire department is right in front of you, so there are a lot of fire accidents these days.
