김	김영대 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 성우아파트를 재건축하여 선분양한 아파트로, 당시 강동구 최고가로 분양함. 처음 이름은 LG강동빌리지였다가 2003년 11월 첫 입주 당시 LG강동자이로 개명, 후에 LG와 GS가 분리되어 현재는 GS강동자이아파트로 불림. 외관보다 내부에 더 공을 들인 아파트로 2021년에 보아도 크게 뒤지지 않을 정도로 잘 지었음. 2003년 첫 입주 후 5년 넘게 살았고, 그 후 2010년말 다시 사서 3년 이상을 살았는데, 현재까지도 좋았다는 생각만 있음. Seongwoo Apartment was rebuilt and pre-sold, and it was sold to the highest street in Gangdong-gu at that time. The first name was LG Gangdong Village, but it was renamed LG Gangdong Xi when first moved in in November 2003. Later, LG and GS were separated, and now it is called GS Gangdong Xi Apartment. The apartment was elaborated more on the inside than the exterior, and it was built so well that it could not be far behind in 2021. I lived for more than 5 years after my first move in 2003, and after that, I bought it again at the end of 2010 and lived for more than 3 years.
