★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 매번 만족하면서 다녔던 곳이에요. 근데 이번 코로나 이후로 재개장하면서 직원이 일부 바꼈던데 3층 평일 아침에서 낮에 근무하는 남자분들 시끄러워요ㅡㅡ 업무외에 수다를 너무 떠세요. 생각이 있는 건지 없는 건지;; 직원들 교육좀 잘시키세요. 그리고 공공기관이면서 왜 환기에 신경을 안쓰시나요? 전에 몇번은 창문 좀 열어놓는가 싶었더니 이제는 일부로 열어둔 창문 닫아버리고 그러던데 코로나위해서라고 환기는 필수에요. 경각심 갖고 제대로 관리하셨으면 해요.
It's a place I've been satisfied with every time. However, after the coronavirus, some of the staff have changed while reopening. Men working from morning to day on weekdays on the third floor are noisy. Whether you have an idea or not;; Educate your employees well. And since you are a public institution, why don't you care about ventilation? I wanted to keep the windows open a few times before, but now I close the windows that were partially opened, but ventilation is essential because of corona. I hope you are alert and properly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조용하고 시설 깨끗합니다. 다만 3층 열람실에 노트북사용하시는 분들이 너무 시끄럽게 사용합니다.
카페도 아니고 관리 좀 해주세요. PC사용 목적이면 컴퓨터도 따로 있는데, 개인 노트북으로 남들 공부하는 자리에서 시끄럽게 두들기는 것 좀 관리해주세요.전에도 데스크에서 민원 넣었는데, 바뀌는게 없어서 여기다 리뷰 씁니다.
Quiet and clean facilities. However, those who use laptop computers in the reading room on the 3rd floor use it too loudly.
It's not a cafe, please manage it. For the purpose of using a PC, there is also a computer, but please manage to beat the noise at the place where others are studying with a personal notebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 책 뿐만 멀티미디어 이용 환경이 잘 갖추어져 있고 시설이 쾌적합니다. 4층에 있는 (북)카페도 이용의 즐거움을 더해 줍니다.
Not only books, but also multimedia environment is well equipped and facilities are comfortable. The (book) cafe on the 4th floor also adds to the enjoyment of use.
