정직을 팔고 한우는 거들뿐이라는데...
나주 토박이 젊은사장님들이 의기투합해서
잘해보겠다는 의지가 보였습니다
밥먹다가 감동까지 먹었네요~
사장님께서 맛이 어떠냐고 물으시길래
다음에 또 오고싶은 맛이라고 했어요
그러곤 2주에 한번씩은 들르게되네요^^
나주 곰탕의 새로운 맥을 이을 맛집이 될것 같아요~^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 메뉴는 단 두가지입니다. 맑은것과 빨간 것... 둘다 한우 입니다. 곰탕의 고장 나주에 도전장을 낸 느낌입니다. 근데 좋습니다. 적극 추천합니다.
There are only two menus. The clear and the red... both are Korean beef. It feels like you have challenged Naju, the town of Gomtang. But it is good. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 나주에 오면 현지분들이 추천하시는 노안집과 외부인들이 가는 하얀집은 가봐서 이번에는 젊으신 사장님이 운영하시는 청산옥을 가보게 되었습니다.
아담한 매장에 인테리어도 깔끔하고 아기자기하네요.
한우탕 특에 반주를 주문하니 기본찬이 나오네요!
젊은 친구들이 좋아할 달달한 맛이 강하네요.
주인공이 나오는데~
고기가 먹음직하게 두껍게 썰어져 나오니 왜이렇게 기분이 좋은지^^
고기식감도 좋네요!
국물도 구수하면서 맑고 진한맛이라 고기와 잘 어울리네요.
같이 가신 형님도 맛이 좋다고 합니다!
사람이 붐비지 않고 차분하고 여유있게 먹을수 있어서 좋네요^^
다음에는 갈비탕을 먹어보구 싶네요!

It has a strong sweet taste that young people will like.

Why do you feel so good when the meat is cut thick enough to eat?
Meat tastes good too!
The broth is also savory and has a clear, rich flavor that goes well with meat.
My brother who went with me said it was delicious too!
It's nice to be able to eat calmly and comfortably without being crowded.
I want to try the galbi-tang next time!
