짬뽕은 이전보다 좀 더 매워진거 같고 가격도 9,000으로 비쌉니다.
짜장은 6,000원으로 그냥 무난한 수준이구요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 월요일 평일 13시 좀 넘어서 도착했는데 웨이팅 없이 바로 주문해서 먹을 수 있었습니다. 평일인데도 좌석은 거의 만석이었어요.
두번째 방문인데 2년전 처음 먹었을때는 면도 쫄깃하고 엄청 맛있게 먹었던 기억이 있었는데 지금은 면도 많이 불어터졌고 국물도 예전 느낌하고 다른거 같지만 그래도 맛은 좋습니다.
웨이팅 없고 지나가는 길이라면 재방문 의사 충분합니다.
Arrived a little after 13:00 on a weekday on a Monday and was able to order and eat right away without waiting. Even on a weekday, the seats were almost full.
This is my second visit, and when I first ate it two years ago, I remember that the noodles were chewy and very tasty, but now the noodles are blown out a lot and the soup tastes different, but it tastes good.
If there is no wait and it is a passing road, the intention to revisit is sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 짬뽕먹고 땀흘리고 해장이 된다는 느낌을 처음 느낀 중국집 고운고추가루를 사용해서 그런건지 국물이 무거운 느낌에 맛이 언뜻 육고기 베이스 국물의 느낌을 줍니다
It's probably because I used fine red pepper powder from a Chinese restaurant where I first felt like I was eating jjamppong after sweating and becoming a seaweed.

깔끔하고 매콤한 국물로 보상받았네요.
There are a lot of squid. The other seafood is a cocktail shrimp. I waited 40 quarters.
I was rewarded with a clean and spicy broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 공주 출장길에 짬뽕먹으러 오랜만에 방문했습니다.
여전히 웨이팅은 보통 30분~40분 정도 해야됩니다.
항상 오전 10시 30분쯤 정도에 일찍와서 먹고 얼른 빠지는 전략으로 와야되는 곳인데,
일이 먼저인지라 11시 좀 넘어서 도착했더니, 역시 웨이팅이 상당합니다.
어느정도 예상은 했기때문에 느긋하게 순서른 기다리며,
얘기를 하고 있으니 주인분께서 순서를 불러주십니다.
당연히 주문메뉴는 짬뽕이구요, 여기는 칼칼하고 매운 국물과 쫄깃하면서 간이된 면이 특징입니다.
고기육수와 해물과 적절히 조합된 느낌입니다. 여기들어가는 재료중에 저는 개인적으로 오징어가 제일 좋습니다. 쫄깃쫄깃 식감이 좋거든요^^
가끔식 국물이 좀 싱겁거나 더 짜다싶을때가 있어서 맛의 편차는 살짝있지만, 맛은 정말 좋습니다.
매뉴가 짬뽕, 짜장면 요렇게 두가지 밖에 없으니 다른메뉴를 생각하시는 일행이 있다면 방문을 고려해보시는게 좋습니다.
그리고 추가로 공기밥이 없으니, 근처 편의점에서 햇반이나 오뚜기밥을 구매해가시면 식당에서 드셔도 관계없으니 참고하시면 좋을것 같구요!
주차장은 엄청 넓습니다. 들어오는 입구는 차한대가 겨우 들어오는 좁은 외길이지만 건물뒷편 주차장은 동시에 30대이상은 족히 주차할만한 규모입니다.
멀리서 찾아오시는 손님들에겐 아주 좋은 주차공간입니다.
공주에는 유명한 짬뽕집이 많은데 저는 청운식당이 제일 좋은것 같습니다.
그리고 식사후 너무 매워서 속이 불편하신분들은 바로 근처에 하나로마트가 있으니, 물이나 우유, 음료수 드시고 속을 달래보는것도 좋을것 같습니다.

I visited after a long time to eat Jjamppong on a business trip to Gongju.
Still, the wait usually takes about 30-40 minutes.
It is a place where you always have to come early around 10:30 am to eat and to leave quickly.
I arrived a little after 11 o'clock because work came first, and the wait was also quite high.
I expected it to some extent, so I waited patiently in order,

Of course, the order menu is Jjamppong, and this one is characterized by a spicy and spicy soup and chewy and simple noodles.
It tastes like the right combination of meat and seafood. Among the ingredients here, I personally like squid the best. It's chewy and tastes good ^^
Sometimes the soup is a little bland or salty, so there is a slight difference in taste, but the taste is really good.
There are only two menus: Jjamppong and Jjajangmyeon, so if you are thinking of a different menu, we recommend that you consider visiting.
And since there is no additional rice, if you buy Hetbahn or Ottogi Rice at a nearby convenience store, you can eat it at a restaurant.
The parking lot is very spacious. The entrance is a narrow one-way road that only one car can enter, but the parking lot behind the building is large enough to park more than 30 cars at the same time.
This is a very good parking space for guests coming from afar.
There are many famous jjamppong restaurants in Gongju, but I think Cheongwoon Restaurant is the best.
And for those who feel uncomfortable after eating because it is too spicy, there is a Hanaro Mart nearby.
Recommended for those who are looking for Gongju Jjamppong restaurant.^^
