11시 오픈이지만, 토욜은 10시30분 무렵부터 대기자명단 생깁니다. 주차장이 있으나 대기인원이 많을땐 조금 좁습니다. 여러군데 먹어본중 가장 나아요. 외관도 이색적이라 기다리는동안 사진찍기 좋아요. 돈코츠라멘이 좀 느끼한거 같으면 청양고추 달라하심 다져놓은거 주시는데, 그거 국물 뜨거울때 넣어먹으면 얼큰해져서 좋습니다.
It opens at 11 am, but on Saturdays, a waiting list is created from around 10:30. There is a parking lot, but it is a bit narrow when there are a lot of people waiting. It's the best I've ever eaten. The exterior is also unique, so it's good to take pictures while waiting. If you think the tonkotsu ramen is a bit greasy, they give you chopped green chilli pepper, but if you eat it while the soup is hot, it will make it spicy.

출장길에 점심식사를 위해 네이버 검색으로 찾아왔구요! 날씨가 갑자기 추워져서 뜨끈한 라면이 딱 좋겠다는 생각에 들어왔습니다. 예쁜 한옥과 일본가옥 적절히 섞인 인테리어가 돋보였습니다. 길게 늘어선 바 형식의 테이블과 사각테이블로 나뉘어져 셋팅되어있는 좌석이 있구요! 라면이 주메뉴입니다. 돈코츠라멘과 오야꼬라면이 메뉴판 첫페이지인걸 보니 이 식당의 자신있는 메뉴인것 같아 돈코츠라면을 선택했습니다. 국물은 느끼함을 잘 잡아서 담백한 맛에 가까웠고, 돼지기름의 고소한 맛도 잘 느껴져서 좋았습니다. 면은 소면보다 조금더 굵은 중면정도 였는데, 간이 잘베어있고, 익힘도 적당하여 퍼지거나 꼬들하지 않게 잘 삶아졌습니다. 챠슈와 반숙계란도 예쁘고 맛있게 먹었구요! 대나무 젓가락으로 고급스러운 디테일이 완성된것 같습니다. 추운겨울에 따듯하게 한그릇 하기좋습니다. 조금 일찍오셔서 창가자리에 앉으시면 분위기 멋진 한끼식사를 즐길수 있을것 같습니다 리뷰 적는중에 올해 2021년 첫눈이 오네요! 구글지도 사용하시는 분들 모두 건강하시고 한해 마무리 잘 하시길 빕니다. 그리고 주차장은 마당에 8대 정도 주차가능합니다. 참고하시면 될것 같아요!
I came across a Naver search for lunch on a business trip! The weather suddenly turned cold, so I came in thinking that hot ramen would be perfect. The interior of a beautiful hanok and Japanese house stood out. There are seats set up in a long line of bar-type tables and square tables! Ramen is the main menu. Tonkotsu Ramen and Oyako Ramen are on the first page of the menu, so I chose Tonkotsu Ramen because it seems to be the restaurant's confident menu. The soup had a light taste because it captured the greasiness well, and it was good to feel the savory taste of pork oil well. The noodles were a little thicker than somen noodles, and they were well seasoned and cooked well, so they were cooked well without spreading or twisting. The chashu and half-boiled egg were also pretty and delicious! Luxurious details seem to have been completed with bamboo chopsticks. It's nice to have a bowl of warm water on a cold winter's day. If you come a little early and sit by the window, you will be able to enjoy a nice meal in the atmosphere. While I'm writing this review, the first snow of 2021 is coming! We wish everyone who uses Google Maps good health and a good end of the year. And the parking lot can accommodate about 8 cars in the yard. I think you can refer to it!

오후1시 방문했을때 웨이팅이 조금 있었어요. 니보시라멘은 깔끔하고 시원했어요 돈코츠라멘은 진하고 냄새가좀 나요 매운라멘은 매운소스로 냄새 덮은거 같아요. 전반적 맛은 보통이였어요. 전체적 분위기도 좋았어요. 근처라면 들릴만하고 굳이 찾아가진 않을듯 합니다
There was a bit of a wait when we arrived at 1pm. The niboshi ramen was clean and cool. The tonkotsu ramen was thick and had a bit of a smell. Spicy ramen seems to have covered the smell with spicy sauce. Overall taste was average. The overall atmosphere was also good. If it's nearby, I can hear it, but I don't think it's necessary to go there.

근처 지나가다가 아침식사를 하려고 방문함. 외부에서 보는것 보다 실내가 아담한편이어서, 2팀정도 있었는데 자리에 앉으면 옆테이블 대화소리가 다 들릴정도로 가까운편이었음. 돈코츠라멘과 토리파이탄을 시킴. 돈코츠라멘 국물 한모금 맛보자마자..윽...돼지육수비린내가 입맛에 확 퍼져서 먹기가 좀 힘들었음. 그래서 토리파이탄도 맛봤는데 그나마 토리파이탄은 비린맛은 없었지만 간이세서 짜다고 느껴짐. 두 종류 모두 국물이 너무 짰고 면도 뚝뚝 끊기고..양도 너무 적어서 성인남자 혼자서 두그릇은 충분히 먹을정도였음. (제 면을 남편한테 반을 덜어줌.) 지나가다가 들러서 먹는정도고 굳이 라멘을 먹기위해서 찾아가지는 않을 맛이었음. 그동안 라멘을 많이 접했지만..좀 독특한편이고 차슈도 그냥 삼겹살 구워서 올려진것같음. 국물은 느끼하고 아주짠편이고..비려서 파를 더 추가해서 듬뿍 넣어서 먹었음. 그나마 파향이 잡아줌. 느끼함은 단무지에 시치미를 뿌려 먹으니 적당히 매콤해서 느끼함을 잡아줌.

So, I also tried the tory pie tan, but the tory pie didn't have a fishy taste, but it was simple and salty. In both types, the soup was too salty and the noodles were cut off.. The quantity was so small that an adult man alone could eat two bowls. (I give half of my noodles to my husband.) It was so good that I stopped by to eat it while passing by, and it didn't taste like I had to go there to eat ramen. I've seen a lot of ramen in the past, but it's a bit unique and the chashu looks like it's just grilled pork belly. The soup is greasy and very salty.. It was fishy, ​​so I added more green onions and ate it with plenty. At least the scent catches it. For the persimmon taste, sprinkle shichimi on pickled radish and eat it, so it is moderately spicy.
