헤	헤세드 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아이티엔조이를 통해 PC를 구매하고 사용한지 약 두 달이 되었습니다. 업체에서 PC가 조립되는 영상을 구매자가 볼 수 있다고 하여 이 업체를 선택하게 되었습니다. 배송이 오고 PC를 사용한 첫 날부터 소음이 나긴 했지만 내가 너무 예민한 것 일수도 있다는 생각에 좀 더 사용해보자 하고, 배송이 온 뒤 약 두 달을 사용했습니다. 그리고 최근 덜덜 거리는 소음이 너무 많이 거슬려서 소음이 녹화된 영상을 첨부하여 메일을 보냈고, 아이티엔조이에선 A/S 기사님을 보내드리겠다고 하였습니다. 오늘 A/S 기사님이 오셨는데 PC로 매일 업무를 봐야하는 제 상황에선 답이 없더군요. 기사님이 파워를 제조사에 보내서 고치는 방법과 선출고를 받아서 사용하는 방법을 말씀해주셨는데, 제가 매일 PC로 업무를 봐야해서 제조사로 보내는 방법은 어렵다고 말씀드렸습니다. 기사님이 아이티엔조이에 전화를 하셔서 부탁을 드려봤지만 구매한 지 한 달이 넘었기 때문에 파워 서플라이의 선출고가 불가능하다는 답변을 받았습니다. 결국 이대로 써야 되는데 생각하면 할수록 화가 나네요. 처음 업체에서 조립한 뒤에 전원켜서 확인했을텐데 그 땐 소음이 안나던가요? 그게 갑자기 여기 배송오자마자 소음이 난다고요? 그리고 한 달이 넘어서 선출고가 안되고 그런건 구매자 입장에서 어떻게 압니까? 정말 실망스럽습니다. J	JunGi Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020년 7월에 아이티엔조이에서 2060super 장착한 컴퓨터를 2백만원에 구입했지만, 2주일도 안되서 본체 발열문제로 컴퓨터 이상이 발생했습니다. a/s를 불렀으나 고객과실이라고 우기더군요. 중요한건 설치후 점검을 받아서, 정상이라고 진단했는데, 이후 바로 문제가 발생하는군요. 결국 제 돈으로 새 본체 케이스와 설치비 따로 지불 했습니다. 당신들이 제대로 확인 했으면 해결될 문제였어 그 이후에 1년 동안 레지스트리 문제가 수십번 발생했고, 그래픽 카드가 문제인지 계속해서 튕기는 현상이 발생되네. 난 당신들이 도저히 용서가 안되고, 괜히 용팔이라는 단어가 나온게 아니라는걸 알게 됐어 부디 당신들 가게가 불타길 바랄게, 딱 그래픽 카드들 새로 입고될때 (부디 이곳에서 컴퓨터 구매하지 마세요. 저처럼 1년뒤에 피봐요) In July of 2020, I bought a computer equipped with a 2060 super for 2 million won from ITEnjoy, but in less than two weeks, the computer malfunctioned due to a heat problem in the main body.
