★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 요즘 요리학원은 자격증을 위한 그런곳이 되었습니다. 요리연구가 아니라 규격에 맞는 재료손질과 형식에 맞는 요리법.
평가를 하기위해서는 어쩔수없다고는 하지만 그 요리가 과연 맛이 있을까 하는 의구심이 듭니다.
저는 생활요리반에 수강을 했습니다.
한번 수업에 두가지 요리를 합니다. 선생님께서 재료를 미리 준비해주셔서 편하게 배울 수 있습니다. 재료손질법, 음식 만드는 팁 등을 배워서 좋습니다.
선생님께서 최대 2명의 수강생을 받아서 집중적으로 수업을 하셔서 몰입감있게 배울 수 있습니다. 아직 시작이지만 기분좋게 배우고 왔습니다. 수업이 끝나고 만든 음식은 싸가지고 와서 맛있게 식사를 즐길 수 있습니다.
