★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 음식이 정갈하고 기본기가 돼 있는 느낌이 듭니다. 함흥에서 온 집답게 질긴 면발이지만 가늘지 않고 질감이 있어 좋습니다. 오히려 굵기에 비해 질기지 않다는 느낌도 드네요.
 I feel the food is neat and basic. It's like a house from Hamheung, but it's tough, but it's fine and has good texture. Rather, I feel that it is not tough compared to the thickness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 그냥 비빔 시키면 많이 뻑뻑한데 맛은 있어요. 석임비빔이 물 조금 더 들어있어서 비비기 편하고 괜찮네요.
If you just make bibim, it's very stiff, but it's delicious. Seokmin bibim contains a little more water, so it's easy to mix and it's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정말이지 이곳은 호불호가 확실하게 갈리는 곳입니다.
개인적으로는 냉면, 만두가 깔끔하니 좋았습니다.
수육도 괜찮았구요, 갈비탕과 육개장도 먹을만했습니다.
저는 개인적으로 자극적인 맛은 싫어하는데 저한테는 정말 딱인 곳입니다. 맛이 아주 깔끔합니다.
맵고 자극적인걸 좋아하시는 분들께서는 .... 음 .... 겨자와 식초와 후추를 막 뿌려서 .... 드
냉면시키면 육수 따뜻하게 나오는데 후추를 후추후추 살짝이해서 드셔보세요, 맛나욧!
현재는 주차장도 넓게 쓸수있지만 나중에 건물에 가게들이 다 입점하면 복잡해질것 같네요.

The meat was fine and the ribs soup and yukgaejang were also good.
I personally don't like the irritating taste, but it's the perfect place for me. The taste is very clean.
If you like hot and spicy .... Um .... just sprinkled with mustard and vinegar and pepper ....
If you make cold noodles, the broth will be warm.
Currently, the parking lot can be used widely, but it will be complicated if the stores are all in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고구마 전분 면을 쓰는 곳. 비빔냉면은 양념 쏘쏘~ 갈비탕은.... 국물에서 아무맛이 느껴지지 않았어요
Where to use sweet potato starch noodles. The bibim naengmyeon was seasoned soso~ The galbitang was.... I didn't feel anything in the soup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 올 여름 너무나 더워 우정혁신도시내 소재하고 있는 청한옥에 갔네요.
시원한 물냉에 왕만두 같이 먹으니 시원합니다. 저가 음식에 대한 깊이
없는 관계로 먹을만 합니다. 나름 유래가 있다고 하고 좀 조용한 편이네요.
It was so hot this summer that we went to Cheonghanok located in Friendship Innovation City.
It's cool to eat like king dumplings in cool watercress. Depth for Low Cost Food
No food, just eat. It's a bit quieter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 청한옥은 3대째 이어져오는 냉면집이라고 하고 국물에도 MSG를 넣지 않는다고 하네요.
국물을 처음 먹었을땐 무슨 맛인지 이해가 안됐지만 식초, 겨자를 넣으니 다른곳에서 먹던 함흥냉면 국물 맛이 났습니다. 아마 취향껏 먹으라고 기본 식초간을 아예 안하는듯 합니다.
함흥냉면은 제가 잘 몰라서 맛 평가는 패스.. 나쁘진 않았습니다 ㅎㅎ
면사리도 양념, 비빔으로 주문할수 있는데 비빔사리에는 참기름이 물사리보다 많이 들어간다고 했습니다.
빨간양념이 없는 이유는 테이블마다 비치되있는 양념을 취향껏 넣으면 되서 그릇에 담겨나오진 않았습니다. 매운걸 잘 못먹는 사람들에게는 참 괜찮은 선택이라는 생각이 들었습니다. ㅎㅎ

When I first ate the soup, I didn't understand what it tasted like, but I added vinegar and mustard, so it tasted like Hamheung cold noodles. Maybe you don't have any basic vinegar at all.
Hamheung cold noodle is not good because I don't know ..
Noodles can also be ordered with seasoning and bibimbap, which are said to contain more sesame oil.
The reason for the lack of red sauce is that it doesn't come in a bowl because you can add the seasonings on each table. I thought it was a good choice for people who couldn't eat hot. haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신축건물이라 깨끗하고 좋아요. 3대를 이어온 전통이 느껴질 만한 아주 깊은 맛은 아니지만 나쁘진 않네요
It's a new building, so it's nice and clean. It's not a very deep flavor that you can feel the tradition that has been passed down for three generations, but it's not bad.
