보지 않고 자기들 맘대로 합니다. 정신맑은 노인들한테는 그게 얼마나 예민한 일인지 모르는것 같네요. 그리고 간호조무사들은 당뇨주사량 조절 할줄도 몰라서 저혈당 쇼크가 여러번 있었네요. 비추입니다. 절대로 부모를 요양원에 모실때는 나한테 친절한 곳 말고 노인한테 잘하는 곳을 선택하세요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시설은 깨끗하고 좋으나 운영의 묘가 부족한 것 같습니다. 좀더 세심한 care가 필요해서 어머니를 1인실에 모셨는데 방치 되었는지 욕창이 생기도록 누워만 계시게 한 듯합니다. 욕창이 생기니 간호팀에서 처리하기 보다는 보호자가 외래 통원하는 것에 주로 의지하고 욕창 지료 전문 지식도 부족해 보입니다. 외래 병원 가시느라 휠체어에 모시고 내려오면 마스크도 종종 안 씌우고 내려보내고 직원이 기본에 충실하지 않으네요. 또한 젖은옷갈아 입혀달라는 등의 보호자 전달 사항이 잘 지켜지지 않습니다. 해당층 담당 간호사는 보호자를 만나면 어머니에 대한 불평도 많구요. 요양원에서 근무하시는분이면 어르신들 그 정도는 기본으로 이해할 수 있어야 한다고 봅니다. 너무 시설에 수용된 인원이 많으니 세심한 care기대하기 힘듭니다. 크다고 좋은게 아니네요. 저는 강력 비추천입니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우리 할머니가 계시는 곳. 시설이 깨끗하고 선생님들이 친절하셔서 안심이된다. 코로나 방역수칙도 체계적으로 잘 지키지는 것 같다. 할머니도 아주 만족하시는 것 같으시다. 거기다가 다양한 프로그램들이 많아 심심할 겨를이 없다고 하신다.
