Thanks to designer Seung-ah Kim, I'm making my hair for life. Haha I'm so pretty with the skin-brown dyeing. The staff are very friendly and above all, they're so good at hair, so I should visit again!!

매장내 직원들은 전반적으로 불친절한것은 아닌데 묘하게 친절하지 않다. 차홍룸의 서비스(친절도)를 높이 평가하는데 삼성점에서는 그냥 동네 미용실 수준의 서비스 느낌. 아쉬움ㅠ
삼성 프리미엄 카드 현장 할인에 대한 안내를 하지 않아서 며칠 뒤 다시 가서 재결제를 해야하는 불편함을 겪었다. 사과 역시 없음. 차홍룸의 다른 지점을 경험해보아서인지 담당 선생님이 있는것이 아니라면 추천하지 않는다. 실력은 가히 최고라 계속 다니겠지만....

The staff in the store aren't unfriendly in general, but they aren't particularly friendly. The service (kindness) of the Chahong Room is highly appreciated, but the Samsung store just feels like a local beauty salon. sorry
The Samsung Premium Card on-site discount was not provided, so I had to go back a few days later and pay again. No apples either. I don't recommend it unless you have a teacher in charge, perhaps because you have experienced other branches of Chahong Room. My skills are really good, so I'll keep going, but...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수능본 딸아이 기분전환으로 이쁜머리 해보고싶다해서 검색 후 찾아간곳 서비스도 좋고 친절해요 다만 코로나땜시 물한잔마시는것도 미용실입구 밖에서 먹고 들어와야된다네여ㅜㅜ 4시간동안 커피 참느라 혼났어요 파마는 두가지로 혼용해서 귄하는대로 했는데 웨이브 이쁘게 잘나와서 대만족이었네요 단 학생기준으로는 가격이 쪼매 ㅎㄷㄷ 하죠^^ 빨리 코로나종식되어 차 등등 서비스 제대로 받고싶어요
The service I went to after searching for my daughter to change her mood for the entrance exam, the service is good and friendly. However, to drink a glass of water during the corona virus, you have to eat outside the entrance to the hair salon ㅜㅜ I was scolded for waiting for coffee for 4 hours. I did what I did, but the wave came out beautifully, so I was very satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Got a hair wash, head massage, excellent haircut, then another hair wash, head massage and final styling. I almost fell asleep as everything was super smooth and seamless. They also provide good coffee and tea; your choice of hot or cold. Everyone was very polite and attentive. Male hairstylist’s name was Min Seok Kang.
