★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12시 가족 결혼식에 늦지 않게 도와달라고 3번 전화했습니다.
마지막 통화인 도착 20분 전에 전화해서 바로 가지고 출발할수 있도록 준비해 달라고 했고, 직원의 답을 들었습니다.
정확히 말한 10시 50분에 도착해보니 직원들이 안보이고 이름 적혀있는 상자가 쇼핑백안에 들어가 진열대 위에 있었습니다.
가져와보니 속옷만 들어 있었죠.
황당해서 전화를 하니 그때서야 놀라서 택시타고 전달하겠다고 하더라구요.
식이 시작하는 시간이어서 의미가 없으니 환불해달라고 했습니다.
그랬더니 사장이 전화해서 '지금 무슨말하는거냐', '누가 가게에 와서 마음데로 옷을 가져가냐'면서
입어보지도 못한 한복을 환불할 수 없다고 하네요.
처음 갔을때 플래너가 20만원이라고 말했던 비용이 왜 한복집와서는 25만원으로 되었는지 아직까지도 모르겠습니다.
그냥 착오가 있었겠다 생각했죠.
한복선택하고 배송등에 대해서 자세히 물어보려고 하자 사장이 직원한테 엄청 눈치주더라고요.
그만하고 빨리 다음 사람 상담하라고 하는 말이 저희한테도 들렸습니다.
그냥 여기 직원 피곤하겠다 생각했습니다.
다른 가족 결혼 때문에 갔던 한복집에서 한시간동안 여유있게 선택했던 기억과 고풍스러웠던 디자인이 떠올랐지만,
결혼 당사자들이 스몰 웨딩을 생각해 경제적으로 선택했다는 것을 생각해 아무 불평하지 않았습니다.
하지만 민폐하객이 된 제가 들은건 '직원이 없었지만 다른 손님이 있었다 대질심문을 원하냐?', '곱게 말하면 위로금 10만원이라도 주려고 했다.', '당신들 때문에 그때 손님 상담 결국 실패했다'라는 말이었습니다.
사람들이 한복집을 선택할때 단순히 잠깐 빌리거나 사는것만 기대하는게 아닙니다.
중요한 행사에 문제없이 잘 참석할 수 있도록 최대한 협조해주겠지 라는 기대를 당연히 합니다.
그런 기대를 할수 없는 한복, 그리고 솔직히 디자인도 시장에서 볼수 있는 흔한 수준이라면 25만원이라는 비용이 터무니없는것 아닐까요?

I do not know why the cost of the planner was 200,000 won when I first got there and why it cost 250,000 won when I came home.
I just thought it was a mistake.
I chose to wear a hanbok and ask about the delivery details.
I heard that it was enough to stop and talk to the next person.
I just thought I would be tired of the staff here.
I remember the memories that I had chosen for an hour at the Hanbok House, which I went to because of other family marriages, and the old-fashioned design,
I did not complain, considering that the marriage parties had chosen economically for small wedding.
However, I heard that I became a folksy guest who said, "I did not have any staff but there were other guests. Would you like to ask a questionnaire?", "I tried to give you 100,000 won for my money."
When people choose a hanbok home, they do not just expect to borrow or live for a while.
I expect that I will cooperate as much as possible to attend important events without any problems.
If you can not expect such a Hanbok, and frankly you can see the design on the market, would not it cost a little over 250,000 won?
