★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전화응대서비스에서 실망하였습니다. 상담드릴려고 미리 수업스케줄도 본 후에 오전, 오후에 전화드렸는데 다 부재중이더라구요. 처음에 수업이라고 문자가 와서 문의드린다고 답장 까지 드렸는데 콜백도 안하더라구요. 그리고 다시 또 문자로 상담요청 드린다고 얘기까지 했는데도 아무런 응답이 없더라구요. 완전 실망이고 고객응대를 이런식으로 하는 요가원은 처음이더라구요. 유명세를 타서 그런지 모르겠지만 저같은 신규고객이 또 생길 수있을 거라고 생각하네요. 마음이 상하고 실망하여서 다른 요가원 알아보고 있습니다.
 I was disappointed with the phone service. After the class schedule, I called in the morning and afternoon, but I was absent. At first, I received a letter saying that it was a class and contacted me, but I didn't call back. And even though I said that I would ask for a consultation again by text, there was no response. It was my first time to be disappointed and I was the first to do yoga. I don't know if it's famous, but I think there will be new customers like me. I'm offended and disappointed, so I'm looking for another yoga center.
