★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 외져서 불편할 수도 편안 할 수도 있는 위치. 되게 바빠 보이는 사업소. 크기는 보통. 친절도는 사무적. 휴게소는 나쁘지 않음. 화장실 가는게 좀 그럼.
 A location that can be uncomfortable or comfortable because it is lonely. A business that looks very busy. Normal size. Kindness is businesslike. Rest area is not bad. Well, maybe going to the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정비대응은 좋으나 고객대기 안내는 미흡. 정비대기부터 종료까지 무작정 기다려야 함. 안내판이나 현황을 모니터에 띄워주면 좋을듯합니다
Maintenance response is good, but customer waiting information is insufficient. You have to wait recklessly from waiting for maintenance to finish. It would be nice to display the information board or status on the monitor.

기술력 있는 기사님 만나서 신뢰가 생긴 곳입니다.
다만, 거래 부품점에 부품이 없어 일정이 급하니 제가 직접 다른 부품점에 들러 부품을 사온 것 빼고는요.
이게 맞는 프로세스인지 모르겠으나~

However, since there are no parts at the trading parts store, the schedule is urgent, except I went to another parts store to buy the parts myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 손님을 돈으로 보는건지 가자마자 배터리부터 갈라하고 수리비 400 부르길래 다른곳 찾아보니까 200 에 해주더라고요 완전 바가지에요
As soon as they go to see the customer as money, they cut the battery and charge 400 for repairs, so I looked elsewhere and they did it for 200. It's a total rip off
