★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 방문전 찌개나 주물럭에 들어갈 목살이나 삼겹살등 부위를 미리 말하면 그걸로 세팅해줍니다. 김치찌개/주물럭 둘다 맛있게 먹었네요.
If you tell us in advance the parts such as the neck or pork belly that will be used in the stew or jumulok before the visit, it will be set. Both kimchi stew and jumuluk were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주인이 싹싹하고 바지런하게 오가며 손님을 챙기는 게 보기 좋다. 정육점과 식당을 같이 운영한다. 동남아 여종업원이 보편적인 지역이라 주문시 여주인에게 직접하는 게 좋다. 우거지 매운탕이 제일 좋으며 식후 나오는 식혜가 달콤시원 해서 매운 음식도 편하게 수용이 되었다. 특이하게 냉면에 구운 돼지고기가 따로 고명으로 나오는데 물냉면인 경우 섞어 먹으면 기름이 뭉처 떠서 난감하니 따로 먹도록 한다. 냉면은그냥 그렇다.
It's nice to see the owners come and go and take care of the guests. I run a butcher shop and a restaurant together. Southeast Asian female employees are common, so it is better to direct them to the hostess when ordering. The woogeoji maeuntang is the best, and the sikhye that comes out after a meal is sweet and cool, so spicy foods were conveniently accepted. Specially, grilled pork on naengmyeon is served separately as a garnish, but if you mix it with mulnaengmyeon, the oil will get lumped and it will be difficult to eat. Naengmyeon is just that.

제가 다녀본 돼지 고기 요리로는
최고의 맛과 서비스였습니다.
특히 갈매기살요리는 제가 가장 좋아하는 메뉴입니다.
가격대비 만족도도 최고랍니다.
후식으로 나오는 식당주인이 정성껏 만든 식혜는 옛날에 시골에서 어머니가 만들어준
식혜를 먹는 기억을 회생시켜준
일품이었습니다.
