★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 화산 이씨의 시조인 이용상은 현재의 베트남 사람으로 고려 고종때 고려로 귀화하여 큰 공을 세우고 고종에게 이씨 성을 하사받았는데.. 그의 후손인 이장발이 임진왜란때 큰 공을 세워 그의 충효정신을 기리고자 세워진 곳이 "충효당"이다! "충효당"은 경상북도 봉화군 봉성면 창평리 창평 정미소 뒷쪽 산에 위치해 있는데.. 외진곳에 있는탓에 다른 유적지처럼 많은 사람이 찾지는 않고 있으며 앞쪽에 유적지란 안내간판이 없었다면 유적지인지 모를만큼 관리가 잘안되고 있는듯 보였다!!! 워낙 알려지지 않고 외진곳에 있어서 일부러 찾기는 힘들지 않을까하는 생각이 든다!!!
