★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 빌라가 지은지 오래되고 주차할곳도 부족합니다. 하지만 주변이 조용하고 내부수리하고 들어가면 괜찮아요
가동은 거실이 조금 넓게 빠졌고 나동은 거실이 좁지만 방들이 커요
3분~5분 걸어가면 바로 앞에 하나로 마트가 있고 또 시외버스터미널, 시내까지 다 걸어다닐 수 있습니다. 주변으로 초중고가 가까이 있고요. 온천공원도 가까워 산책다니기 좋아요
The villa is old and there is not enough parking space. But, it’s okay if the surroundings are quiet and after internal repairs

If you walk 3 to 5 minutes, there is Hanaro Mart right in front of you, and you can walk to the intercity bus terminal and downtown. There are elementary, middle and high schools nearby. The hot spring park is also close, so it's good to take a walk.
