★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 폐점된 수유점에서 구매한 키보드를 서비스 신청하러 갔으나 업체로 직접 접수 해야 한다고 안내받음. 하이마트에서 산건데 업체로 택배 보내주는 정도의 서비스도 없음.
구매이력이 필요해 거래내역서 요청하니 미아점으로 가야 출력해 줄 수 있다고 함. 사진이나 팩스로 전달 받을 수도 있을건데 그냥 자기 점 구매건이 아니니까 알아서 하라는 느낌이었습니다.
I went to request a service for a keyboard I purchased at a closed nursing store, but I was informed that I had to submit it directly to the company. I bought it at Hi-Mart, but there is no service like sending a courier to a company.
He said that he needed a purchase history and asked for the transaction details, so he had to go to the missing store to print it out. It could be delivered by photo or fax, but it wasn't just a shop purchase, so I felt like I was asked to do it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV를 보고 싶어서 갔는데 살 사람으로 안보였는지 아무도 옆에 붙어 설명해주지 않았습니다 편한 옷을 입고 가서 그랬을 수도 있습니다만, 직원들과 상품이 따로 노는 듯한 기분이 들었습니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10년 넘게 이 업체를 봐왔지만 특별한 점을 못찾겠음. 오히려 인근 하이마트 대비 제품 구색이 부족한 듯 하고 요즘은 모르겠지만 과거에는 직원들이 서비스 마인드도 부족했던 기억이 커서 정말 필요할 때 아니고선 방문하지 않는 곳.
I've been looking at this company for over 10 years, but I can't find anything special about it. Rather, it seems that the assortment of products is lacking compared to the nearby Hi-Mart, and I don't know these days, but in the past, I remember that the staff lacked a service mind, so I don't visit this place except when I really need it.
