★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 낮기온이 -12도인 추운겨울, 순대국 생각나서 오다가다 본 허름하지만 토속적일 것 같은 "토담"에 처음 들려 오소리순대국을 주문했다
연세가 지긋한 부부가 운영했는데 내가 첫 손님인지라 국물내는데 좀시간이 걸려 늦게나왔다 국물이 밋밋하고 약간 냄새가 나서 들깨가루 후추가루 다대기 새우젖으로 넣어먹으니 좋았다
나머진 그저그랬다 김치 깍뚜긴 손 안댔다 난 순대국엔 양파만 된장에 찍어먹는게 좋으니까~
할아버지 쥔장과 두런두런 얘기하고 쐬주반주로 뚝딱해치웠다
밖으로 나오니 매서운 추위가 뱃속에 넣은 쐬주탓인지 견딜만했다
한마디로 "토담"집은 시골동네 식당의 전형적인 분위기와 맛이었다
In the cold winter when the daytime temperature is -12 degrees, I ordered badger sundae soup when I first visited "Todam", which seems to be a shabby but folk, when I remembered Sundae-guk.
It was run by an elderly couple, and I was the first guest, so it took some time to make the soup, and it came out late. The soup was flat and smelled a little, so it was good to eat it with perilla powder, pepper, and shrimp milk.
The rest was so. I didn't touch the kimchi kakdu. I like to eat only onions in soybean paste for Sundae-guk~
I talked with my grandfather Junjang and squeezed it with a drink.
When I came out, it was bearable because it was because of the biting cold that I put in my stomach.
In a word, "Todam" house was typical of a rural restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 진짜 나만알고싶은 맛집. 주인 할아버지와 할머니가 친절하시구 특히 저 깍두기랑 김치가 진짜 맛있어요 순대, 내장 비린내 하나도 안나고 쫄깃쫄깃하고 밥 순식간에 2그릇 먹어요 ㅎㅎ
순대국이 거기서 거기겠지만 가끔씩 여기 순댓국밥 생각나서 먼길이지만 갑니다
Here is the restaurant I really want to know. The grandfather and grandmother are very nice. Especially, the diced radish and kimchi are really good.
Sundae guk is there, but sometimes I think it's a long way
