★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 유치권을 공사하고 건축공사 자재비와 일꾼들의 임금조차도 못받았다고 본인들의 법이허용하 행사하고있는건물이다 (아마도실내인테리어업체정도의쬐끄만한업체일듯...) 현대건설 나대림건설 일군건설업체 메이저건설회사가집지어주고공사비못받아서 시행사에 어6 유치귄을 돈못ㆍ줘2서 ㅡ 시공업체가점유하고있는 듯굳게 잠겨있고쓰다남은건지버려진것인지 불분명한자재가어지러이 널려있고 유치권행사하고있다는명확한주장이 쓰여진 안내문이 출입구유리문에(A4용지였던것같다) 붙어있었다 조금씩부서져가는 건물이정말 아깝다 기름한방울도안나오는그런흙수저의 나라에사는 국민이봤을때
돈아깝게....멀쩡한건물 놀리는 상황이바보들같아보여서한심해보였다
It is a building that they are exercising under their own law because they have built a lien and did not receive even the cost of materials and workers' wages for construction work (probably a small company comparable to an indoor interior company...) Hyundai E&C Na Daelim Construction Major Construction Company The company built it and I couldn't get the construction fee, so I gave the developer no money for the lien - it was locked tightly as if it was occupied by the construction company, and it was unclear whether it was used or abandoned, and there was a clear claim that the lien was being exercised. The notice was stuck on the doorway glass door (I think it was A4 paper). It's really a waste of a building that is crumbling little by little.
It's a waste of money....it looked like a fool to make fun of a decent building.
