I was looking for an english speaking hairdresser and found cca hair on google and was very happy with my experience. from the beginning they were very transparent and honest about the process and the questions I had. They have a hairdresser who's fluent in English and would translate to the coworkers so communication was very easy. I also appreciated that they showed me the price right in the beginning so there wasn't a bad surprise for me at the end of my visit. I could also tell that they were very knowledgeable and experts in what they were doing. In fact, I wasn't giving them an easy task since I dyed and bleached my hair myself in the past, but they managed to transform my hair into an even and beautiful pink. Thank you again! I will recommend your place to all my foreign friends :)

I recently got my hair straightening perm at CCA HAIR. I’ve been looking for the salon in Seoul for my straightening but it was really hard to find a skilled salon? but now i now found it! The manager explained my situation in fluent English so i got a full pkg of perming service:) totally satisfied with my hair and come back to get retouch it after 6 months! Highly recommend every foreigner in Seoul♥️

I did my haircut with the shampoo & styling here. They have someone that could speak fluently in english so I was able to communicate with the hairdresser. Consider the affordable price, I was so shock by the result. Usually, other salons charge for at least 40,000KRW for a haircut with the styling but their price is only 30,000KRW. I was making an appointment a day before and they were almost full booked. Luckily, I got the last slot at 7pm. No wonder why they usually full booked, the service was so great. The staffs were so kind in which they helped me with the issue of my hair. Definitely my one and only salon in Seoul to go!

I booked an appointment here through IG for me and my mom. I received a prompt response to my preliminary questions and setting the time was super easy as well. My mom got color done to cover her white hairs and received a cut + styling. She said her stylists were very attentive and accomplished everything she asked for with great care. She used to work at a salon and noticed that their equipment such as their shampoo backwash unit provided extra comfort by having a suspension that adjusted to the weight of your neck/head. Similarly, my favorite part of this experience was the service! I came in looking for a bang perm and two-tone color for my hair, but was told that, due to the condition of my hair, my request wouldn’t be fully possible. I then went through a ~30min consultation where the owner and one of the head stylists explained the problems my hair had, possible options/alternatives, what could go wrong, and the pricing. After realizing I would likely not walk out with what I had come in expecting, I was pretty open to any color/style that would be the most practical to do, but they were more determined than I was to try and accomplish what I wanted first before trying any of the alternatives, haha. I appreciated that they made the effort to speak to me in English even though my mom is Korean and could’ve acted as a translator. It made the consultation more personal and considerate! They also updated me at different stages of the process about what length/color was possible depending on how my hair was taking the treatment. Another thing I liked was how multiple assistants took turns with my hair or worked together with the lead stylists at different points. It made the work atmosphere feel more comfortable and reflected a dynamic teaching environment that was nice to see. It definitely reassured me of their integrity! In the end, I came out with the style and color I wanted, none of the worst case scenarios happened, and I was satisfied with the service. The price for both us was ~₩690,000 which was really reasonable for the labor and time (especially with the headache my hair was ?). They even gave us a little care kit after we paid too! Overall, it was a great first salon experience in Korea ?

I had a great experience at CCA~ Everyone is friendly and I especially want to thank hairstylist Damin Seo for making my hair look so nice~ She is so sweet and kind. I love how the salon is price-transparent and is open to foreigners. I didn't have a specific style I wanted for my hair; just something that looked good on me and they were able to do that for me! I wanna come back some day and let them design my hair again~

I did a hair straightening. Unfortunately, my hair got very damaged, dry and was not straight at all. My ends just became frizzy and even got curled. However, the salon was still understanding and gave me a treatment, but it did not help much. A few months after that I just decided to cut my hair because it honestly just looked ugly. The problem is just that not only my ends were dead but my whole hair got damaged so I am still dealing with frizzy hair and the after-effects after several months.

Had my hair cut and styled here 3 weeks ago, I had my hair dyed a vibrant copper and I'm so pleased with the results! The colour hasnt faded and the condition of my hair is still really good :) Was worried about having my hair dyed in Korea as it is naturally fair and fine but they were able to give me a great service. All the employees were super nice and I'll be going there again soon! the over all price of my hair was 120,000W after having my roots bleached, all over colour and having a reshape! Not bad pricing ^^
