★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has the basics, and some things (not many) are cheaper at the PX than off-post. I don't shop at the commissary and have only bought dill pickle relish and ramen noodles there.
The taxis will rip you off every time, and they LOVE to pretend to get lost. You have to remind them to use the meter, or they will make up a price that's usually three times higher than the real price.
The hotel is grossly overpriced.
The Korean souvenir shop is twice what you will pay for anything just one mile away.
The Korean civilians in the DMV office are the complete opposite of helpful, which is strange since every other Korean I've met is super knowledgeable and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small commissary, but they manage to stuff the shelves with more variety than one would expect. The staff is friendly and helpful. In addition, is you need something from one of the large commissaries, they will get it shipped to CP Carroll for you. Overall excellent.
